No. Under rulet's rules, each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any bonuses forfeited. Please register with accurate details using a single account only.

Yes. In live betting, odds update in real time as the match progresses and you can place a bet at any moment. With pre-match betting, your bet must be placed before the match kicks off. Live betting demands quick decisions since the odds shift constantly. To learn more, Betting View page.

You can cancel certain bets within a set time window using the "Cash Out" feature — though this isn't available on all bets. Once a match has started, live bets cannot be cancelled. If Cash Out is available, the option will appear on your bet slip.

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the full stake for the affected bet will be refunded to your account. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours. If you haven't received your refund within 48 hours, Help Center Contact us.

A parlay or combo bet lets you combine multiple matches into a single bet, with the odds for each match multiplied together for a much higher potential payout. Go to Account Settings and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) under the "Security" section. It works by sending an OTP to your mobile number. With 2FA active, no one can access your account even if your password is compromised. Keeping it enabled is strongly recommended.
