Rulet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between rulet and its users.

1.1 Eligibility

2.2 KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or at the request of our security team, you may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include:

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless rulet identifies a technical error.
• Pre-match bets close before the event begins. Any bets placed after the cutoff time will be automatically cancelled.
• Live betting odds change in real time. The odds at the moment of confirmation are considered final.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳50. Maximum bet amounts vary by event and market.

3.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed, rulet follows the rules below:

• If an event is fully cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If the event is rescheduled within 48 hours, the bet will remain valid.
• For partially completed events, the decision of rulet's authority is final.

3.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

Arbitrage betting, use of bots, operating multiple accounts, and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with rulet's decision, you have the right to appeal to the relevant regulatory authority.

Rulet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified via email or an on-platform notice at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
